Meet the Staff
With 15 years of experience, Cacia Tipple, Owner and Director has had a proven drive and passion to support youth. They have experience working in resident summer camp, including as an aquatics director, head counselor, and seasonal camp director. They have provided outdoor programming for school retreats as well as for corporate team building groups, including high ropes course and zipline facilitation. These experiences alone ensure that risk management is always front of mind in all aspects of youth programming. They have also been the coordinator/director for after school and day camp for both the Boys and Girls Club as well as the YMCA. These experiences combined provide experience in full and part day youth program development, behavior management, training personnel, food service and financial management.
Hi there! My name is Coriander. I grew up in Viroqua, attending Pleasant Ridge Waldorf School and Laurel High School. I moved to Ashland, WI for college, earning a Bachelor's degree from Northland College in Sociology and Social Justice and English. After graduating I moved back home and have loved being surrounded by this amazing, loving, and vibrant community once again. It feels like a big hug. I have 10 odd years of experience working with children: I spent four summers serving as a camp counselor at Sugar Creek Bible, have coached a variety of youth sports, and volunteered for the After School Program at the McIntosh Memorial Library. I love to read, to be outdoors, to be active, and to spend time with my family. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your kiddos!
